HOW DO WE BEGIN WORKING TOGETHER?

Free Consultation Call (15 minutes)
$130 (55 minutes)
Group Sessions: *No active groups at this time*
Free Consultation Call (30 minutes)
$150- $200 (1.5 hours)
SLIDING SCALE:
I hold two $40, $50 and $60 sliding scale rates for folks who are uninsured/ underinsured and can not comfortably afford my out of pocket hourly rate. I encourage you reach out to see if I currently have any sliding scale openings.

PAYMENT METHODS:
I accept payment by cash or credit card at the time of service.
LOCATION:
To keep anonymity for active and prospective clients, I will provide the address after consultation. Inclusivity Counseling is located in Edgewater, Chicago, IL. The office is conveniently located on Chicago’s Northside, within walking distance to the CTA and with plenty of free street parking.
LSW/LCSW CLINICAL SUPERVISON:
We do offer clinical supervision for Licensed Social Worker AND/OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker and in need of clinical supervision, I offer supervision to MSW Interns, LSWs and those who have completed internship but are still in need of the required 3000 hours of clinical supervision before being approved to take the clinical licensure exam.
